What a note contains

A note carries the name and contact details entered, plus the note itself: which place, what should change, where to check it and how the sender knows the place. The address and language of the page it was sent from travel with it. One hidden field, invisible to people, exists only to catch spam robots.

How notes are used

Notes wait with a form service until the next revision reads them. Their only use is to verify and carry out what they report, and no sender is contacted unless the note requests a reply and includes a contact. Names and contacts are never published, sold or handed to the club, school, organiser or venue in question; the revision log records the change itself, never its reporter.

Counting visits without cookies

The site sets no cookies. A small script served from the site’s own domain counts page views without storing anything in the browser or following visitors elsewhere. A view records the page, the referring page and the browser, device type and country derived from the request; only totals are examined.

No outside resources

Pages load no advertising, no social-media buttons and no third-party trackers, and take no fonts, maps or images from other servers. Links to sources or maps lead to sites with their own privacy terms. Technical data such as IP addresses pass through the hosting provider only to the extent needed to deliver the pages.

Rights under the GDPR

To have a note corrected or deleted, send a new note through the form with the same name and contact and say so; the form service is updated at the next revision, and a reply follows only if one is requested with a contact. A complaint can also be lodged with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
