A new club or tournament, or a fix to an entry

This form is for a chess club, class, preschool programme, tournament series or playing hall in Wrocław or a nearby town that is missing here, and for an entry that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, coaches, organisers and venue staff can all write.

A link helps most: a club page, a timetable, a tournament announcement or a dated post. Notes are gathered until the next revision and then compared with that page; any change they lead to is dated in the revision log.

Send note

After sending

• Notes are collected until the next reading of the index.
• Each is then checked against the club’s, school’s or organiser’s own pages; where they confirm it, the entry changes and the date goes into the revision log.
• If no page supports the note, the entry stays as it is and keeps any not-confirmed mark.
• A reply comes only when a note asks for one and leaves a contact.
